I really should have written this in early January . . .

Last year, I wrote in my blog about the months of the year and how each of us has a personal month number as well as a personal year number. We simply add the number for each month — January equals 1, February 2 and so on to December 12, which reduces to 3 — to our personal year. Well, we can also apply this to the year 2025 to get a sense of what the flavour of each month is like for the world as a whole, as we complete the final leg in the current 9-year cycle.
By the way, we are all influenced by the global year as well as our personal year. We see 2025 everywhere, so it becomes a powerful frequency, more potent than other SIngle Number (Single Numbers are 1 to 9). The 9 of 2025 is like an immersive underlay under our personal year.
So January would be a 1 month (9+1=10, which reduces to 1 (1+0=1)). February is an 11 (9+2=11). This number being a Master Number does not reduce to 2, but remains an 11 and we read the month as an 11, which has a somewhat different reading to the 2. (The numbers 11 and 22 are both Master Numbers as far as the days of the month go; 33 is also a Master Number, and can be found in name numbers and in underlying or hidden birth numbers, but that’s another story.) March is a 3, April 4, May 5, June 6, July 7, August 8, September 9, October 1, November 2, December 3.
This extra calculation allows us an insight into each month in the year. Here’s my take on the first three months. Remember in a 9 year we are completing the cycle, wrapping things up, letting go of whatever has run its course and making room for the new energy about to flow in in 2026. So in each month we get to express different aspects of that completion process.
January (1)
This month emphasises self-worth and dignity, a desire to organise and control all about us, to be ‘the boss’. There’s a marked dislike for criticism and restraint; viewpoints are quite definite, positions are held stubbornly. People are in their corners, even pouting when thwarted! It’s very black-and-white, no shades of grey. The ego is to the fore, there’s a strong belief that one’s opinions are superior; pride also comes to the fore and that can be a weak point. People are less inclined to back down or give in on plans. Compromise is not the name of the game! “It’s all about me!”

February (11)
This is a month of hidden trials. Conflict comes in the form of two opposing situations, where there’s nothing in common, and where interference from a third force must be dealt with. It’s important to bring these opposing interests together to avoid a sense of frustrated incompletion. That third force can be a person, a group, or an idea or a viewpoint. The risk is that people won’t see that force as an obstacle to harmony, to resolution, to completion. The way through is to identify that third force and acknowledge it and its worth. While those two opposing forces or desires must remain separate, they ultimately must come together for happiness (completion). Each force or desire must remain intact, even after being joined, for each has its own worth. This is the month to consider: in completing the cycle, do we act boldly and push through, which works in general in a 9 year? Or, do we hold our tongues and decide to learn more intimately the value of that third force as it challenges the balance between our “two worlds”? It will depend on your personal year as to which you go for.

March (3)
This month is about acting on our truth. Be very mindful of lies, distortion or dishonesty. You’ll need your BS detector set on overdrive! Not all of our collective goals may be met this month, but we move ever onward — and outward; outward is key to March. Freedom of speech and of movement are emphasised. We are drawn to dabble in a myriad of different ideas and ways of seeing the world. As our filter is somewhat lacking, so is our sense of responsibility and so some of those goals and ambitions will be explored seriously, others in a more carefree manner. We could see some quite ‘silly’ things happening this month. It’s definitely more playful than February, even if things start to go off the rails! Communication is likely to be blunt and candid. With responsibility in a lull, risk-taking is the method of our madness, so to speak. Take a punt on something out-there. Don’t take March too seriously. It’s liberating, if unsettling.

I’ll post the months of April, May and June towards the end of March.
